What steps do I need to take to get a garden?
Step 1.  Call Natalie Vreeland or email at  nvreeland@wcchd.org and make an appointment to have a tour of the garden.  We will discuss what size of garden you are interested in and try to match you to the perfect garden spot.
Step 2. The adoption fee for the garden is $25.00 per year.  This includes using the tools we provide, water for your garden, educational opportunities and a community of helpful friendly co-gardeners.
Step 3.   Read and sign the rules and guidelines  (please see next page)
Step 4.  Provide your contact information.
Step 5.  Attend monthly gardener's meetings (when your schedule allows) and get involved with the community garden.

Note- Our monthly Gardener's Meetings are held at Heritage CG, 2100 Hutto Road Georgetown, TX 78626.  We meet at the picnic tables (weather permitting) at 8:30 A.M. on the second Saturday of each month.

There is no limit to what you can grow at Heritage.  Grow your garden knowledge and experience, grow time spent with your family, grow beautiful fresh produce, grow a "can do" attitude, grow self esteem, grow friendships, grow a healthy city, grow a healthy county, grow a healthy generation, grow wisdom, grow your potential.
