Williamson County Planting Guidelines
Spring Planting
March 1st to April 12th
Green beans, sweet corn, cucumber, canteloupe, mustard greens, watermelon, celery
Tomatoes, peppers, squash (summer and winter varieties) okra, sunflowers, eggplants, basil,  marjoram, oregano, thyme, rosemary, lavendar, chives, mint, sage, savory, tarragon, cumin, bay, caraway, (all perennial herbs)

Late Spring/Summer
May 1st to July 25th
eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, pumpkin, black-eyed peas, cow peas, field peas, crowder peas, purple-hulled peas, winter squash, okra, gourds, sweet potatoes, gourds like luffa or birdhouse 

Fall
August 1st to November-
Irish potatoes, okra, winter squash, green beans, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cucumbers, yellow squash, kohlrabi, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, collards, swiss chard. mustard, parsley, dill, fennel, cilantro, rutabaga, parsnips, spinach, lettuse, carrots, beets, turnips, leeks radishes, peas (English and Snow).

Winter
January to February
Onions, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, Mesclun Mix, loose leaf lettuces, spinach, radishes, kohlrabi, Chinese cabbage, Swiss chard, collards
